All orders received before 12 noon (QLD – AEST) are posted the same day from Brisbane. Orders received after 12 on a week day will be shipped the following business day. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express Satchel and you will be sent a tracking number once your order is sent.

All parcels will be delivered to the shipping address provided; please make sure your PayPal address is current and accurate. If no one is home during business hours, please make sure the Satchel can be left in a safe place, in case AP deem it feasible to make a “safe drop”. Otherwise a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected. They are the best possible delivery method to get your order to you quickly, safely and economically. There is a $20 flat rate for all packages Australia wide.

We deliver to all destinations across Australia, and by arrangement to New Zealand. Below are delivery times to major cities and most metropolitan areas within Australia. Delivery times to remote areas will take a little longer, depending on location.
